wash away like dirt underneath a shower head
Use a loofa or soft cloth instead of a harsh brush
Be gentle
with myself, dry under the sun
Feel the warmth embrace and nourish me
Drink in fresh
water, drink in the beauty of nature
Feed my body, move my body, rest my body, love my body
Decide to
say no, decide to say yes
Decide to not decide, no pressure
Treasure each
breath, each song along my path
Sing from my heart, be a part of what is real
Feel, heal,
kneel at the feet of the Great Mystery which is
All life, all love, all one, the sun, the moon, the stars, Mother
Earth
Father Sky
rains down on me to cleanse
To nurture, to feed, to grow, I know what is right
Give up the
